It is very tough to find the right people in any industry. However we have the best systems to locate the best possible people. Once we employ them we like to motivate them by training, social meetings and excellent pay packages that include bonuses.
Before we employ personnel we perform a police check and security screening. Any person who does not satisfy our initial employment criteria is not employed. We have strict guidelines not only when we do Commercial Cleaning but also when we employ new staff.
Training.
We treat everybody the same and we aim for everybody to reach their potential by formal in-house training and educational allowances. We believe that by having talented commercial cleaners and by correctly training them we deliver results to your satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES
We understand how important it is to have the right education. That is why we have the Certificate in Cleaning and Maintenance from TAFE. We also have two certificates from separate carpet cleaning associations. All this is in addition to a Bachelors degree in Business.
